Design and create amazing marketing flyers, banners, hand-outs and web art for the Big Gay Picnic fundraisers and monthly events.

Assist with brainstorming, organizing, and coordinating new activities or themes for upcoming picnics, ensuring each event is unique and engaging.

Help set up the potluck station, manage incoming food, greet new people and engage with curious passers-by as they come in, and ensure everything is organized.

Be part of the team that gets everything ready for the picnic! This includes setting up canopies, tables, and other equipment, and helping clean up after the event.

This thing ain’t free. Assist with raising donations to cover event costs, whether by reaching out to sponsors, helping organize raffles, events, and donations.
